Our client is a successful real estate agency specialising in project marketing, sales and rentals. Being owned by an established, long standing property developer with over 50 years in the industry, our client has exceptional growth prospects. The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a mature, experienced and motivated Administrator/Receptionist to join their company in Melbourne CBD, with the potential to earn a Generous Salary, Negotiable on Experience. 

The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Property Manager with the day to day administration.

Reporting directly to the Property Manager, some of your responsibilities include:

  • Diary management and co-ordination of meetings
  • Bookkeeping and reception duties as required 
  • Answering phones, emails, directing calls and client liaison
  • General administration including mail, stationary and ad hoc duties 

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry. You must also have excellent computer literacy and strong organisational skills. 

Someone who is a team player, has excellent communication ability and customer service skills would be ideal.
