The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Real Estate Sales Consultant to join their agency in Langwarrin, VIC, with the opportunity to earn $45,000 - $60,000 per annum including superannuation, negotiable dependent on experience. 

The primary purpose of this position is to create and develop relationships with new and existing clients and close sales.

Reporting to the Director, some of your responsibilities in this varied role include:

  • Listing, showing and selling properties
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Networking with existing and potential clients
  • Conducting open for inspections

To be successful in this role you will ideally have previous experience as a Real Estate Sales Consultant, however someone with the right attitude would be considered.

The successful candidate will also have a current Driver's Licence and reliable car and will have an agents representative licence.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, be well presented and have a high level of written and verbal communication skills.
