Our client is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join their company in Sydney, NSW, with the potential to earn $60,000 per annum + Overtime | Base $55,000 per annum + Superannuation + Overtime $26 per hour + Support Calls.
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
Reporting directly to the Customer Care and Compliance Manager some of your responsibilities include:
- Taking escalated calls and obtaining service logs for complaints
- Answering client queries in a professional manner
- Reviewing service logs to ensure compliance with regulations
- Various administrative tasks and sales support assistance as required
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and strong time management skills.
