Our client is seeking an Account Director/ Business Development Manager to join their company in Rozelle, NSW, with the potential to earn a package of $130,000 per annum including a $100,000 per annum base package with incentives upon reaching qtr landmarks up to $30,000 per annum.
The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for managing key accounts, sourcing new clients and building revenue and profit within the organisation.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director some of your responsibilities include:
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 2+ years experience in sales negotiation and business development. Additionally, you will have previous experience within the promotional field or the experiential marketing industry.
A relevant qualification in marketing, advertising, and communications would be advantageous.
Someone who is motivated, hungry to hit KPI's and targets and is confident, would be ideal, along with strong leadership and management capabilities.
