Our client was established in 2001 and provides massage services across Australia and New Zealand to elite sports teams and international entertainment acts. Having built a reputation for quality and dependability it is seeking someone with a shared commitment to delivering results to join their team.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Contractor Manager/ Operations Manager to join their company in Bondi Beach, NSW. EARN a generous salary from $70,000 - $90,000 per annum including superannuation, negotiable depending on experience. 

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver and maintain customer satisfaction consistently by managing the delegation of works and massage therapy contractors and providing necessary administrative support for the business. 

Reporting to the Managing Director some of your responsibilities include:

  • Customer service and customer relationship management
  • Client bookings and contractor scheduling and management
  • Disseminating job details to rostered workers in a clear manner
  • Updating social media and monitoring media for relevant industry information
  • Invoicing, accounts and general office administration 

To be successful in this role you will have at least 5+ years experience managing and coordinating contractors with the ability to manage 250 contractors throughout Australia and New Zealand. You will exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of customers and clients. 

You must also have strong computer skills including experience using the Microsoft Office and Google apps. 

The ideal candidate for this role will be very organised with extremely high attention to detail, have strong problem solving skills, be highly motivated and have a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
