Operating from over 32 national locations, our client provides expert consultation to their clients for their communication projects including all facets of design, copying, printing, digital archiving, finishing, mailing services, oversized printing and promotional items.

The Opportunity


Our client is seeking a Customer Services Representative/ Designer to join their team in Melbourne CBD to work occasionally from Elsternwick, Kew and Camberwell locations as required. You will have the potential to earn up to $45,000 per annum plus superannuation plus future partnership potential. Hours are 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. 

The primary purpose of this position is to provide customer service, design, finishing and account management support to clients.

Reporting directly to the Business Director some of your responsibilities include:


  • Managing the phone, email and face to face client interaction within the centre
  • Ensuring the production team have a clear understanding of customer requirements
  • Completing design and finishing duties
  • Completing basic quote follow-up within the centre
  • Assisting customers with advice in regard to products and services

To be successful in this role you will have a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service. Any experience in a digital print environment is also advantageous.  Additionally, you will have experience with the full creative suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.

Someone who thrives on building relationships, has excellent communication ability and is a motivated self-starter would be ideal for this position, however, key to this role is that you want to take your career to the next level in move into a Centre Management role in the near future.
