Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their company in Newington NSW, with the potential to earn from $70,000 - $75,000 per annum plus superannuation.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide executive and administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Department.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary some of your responsibilities include:
To be successful in this role you will have experience working as a support administrator, reporting directly to an executive senior team. You will have a high level of computer literacy and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, you must have experience with reconciliations and diary management.
This role would suit someone with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under instructions.
