The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an Accountant/Financial Controller to join their company in Wollongong, NSW, with the potential to earn a highly competitive salary for the right candidate
The primary purpose of this position is to work within a small team environment covering general accounting duties, HR and providing support.
Reporting to the director some of your responsibilities include:
- Cash flow management and forecasting
- Budgets and financial reports
- Monthly and quarterly reconciliation of accounts
- Preparation of BAS and ATO compliance
- Processing payroll superannuation
- Development of processes procedures
- Ad hoc duties as required
To be successful in this role you will have minimum certificate IV in accounting or bookkeeping. Additionally, minimum 2+ years in a similar role would be beneficial for this position.
