The Opportunity


Our client is seeking a confident Operations Coordinator to join their company in Auckland, NZ, with the potential to earn up to an  $60,000 pa salary!  

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the safe and cost-effective delivery of our clients growing portfolio of events. This is a great role for someone who enjoys a challenge and has a desire to learn and build a career in the ever-changing world of events.

Working alongside a supportive team, some of your responsibilities will include:


  • Undertake administrative duties within the operations team.
  • Take the lead on management of exhibitor paperwork.
  • Support the operations manager where needed.
  • Liaise with the wider event team to ensure information is accurate.
  • Provide exhibitor information to local authorities as required.
  • Manage contractors as part of the planning and running of the events.
 
To be successful in this role you will ideally have event operations experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office. Additionally, design skills with CAD experience will be highly regarded.

If you have good events, project and supplier management experience, excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, are used to working under pressure and excited by working in large scale events, then this is the job for you!
