The Opportunity


Our client is seeking a Level 2 IT Engineer to join their company with the potential to earn up to $65,000+ per annum | Negotiable salary $60,000 - $65,000 based on experience + superannuation + profit share scheme after 12 months. You will be working in Baulkham Hills 2 days per week and Sydney CBD 3 days per week. 

The primary purpose of this position is to provide both remote and onsite support and network administration for and not limited to Windows Desktops, Servers, Microsoft Exchange.

Reporting to the COO some of your responsibilities include:


  • Provide technical support to a wide range of new and existing customer
  • Hands-on troubleshoot and rectify service issues in regards to agreed service level
  • Maintain and support multiple technologies including Microsoft related hardware, applications and smartphones
  • Implementation of new hardware, software and services
  • Creation and auditing of system documentation 
 
To be successful in this role you will have 3+ years IT experience in administering and supporting multiple, single domain environments. You must also have a strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and have experience in troubleshooting environments. 
 
Additionally, you must have current Microsoft certifications and an excellent knowledge of Windows7+ and MS Office 2013+. It is preferred that candidates have English as a first language.
