Our client is seeking a Lending Specialist / Mortgage Broker to join their team based in Rhodes, NSW, or Work from Home, with the potential to earn an achievable income in excess of $100,000 per annum, growing annually depending on your portfolio and experience.
The primary purpose of this position is to write residential or business loans for new and existing clients.
Reporting directly to the Business Owner and Licensee some of your responsibilities include:
To be successful in this role you will have 3+ years proven experience as bank lender, mortgage broker or loan writer within the local market. Additionally, reliable local contacts are necessary for this position.
You will also have the capability to work as an independent licensee.
This position would suit someone who is self-motivated and driven to achieve targets with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
