The Opportunity


Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their company in Artarmon, NSW, with the potential to earn up to $66,000 per annum | Negotiable Salary $50,000 - $60,000 per annum + superannuation, based on your experience.

The primary purpose of this position is to support the Australian field sales team. 

Reporting to the National Sales Manager some of your responsibilities include:


  • Manage sales invoices and dispatching  
  • Act as the first point of customer contact 
  • Maintain the CRM database and data entry 
  • Liaise with external sales staff and customers
  • Oversee the showroom and customer demos 

To be successful in this role you will have previous customer service experience and be competent with Outlook, Excel, PDF and Data Entry. Additionally, candidates who possess a strong mechanical aptitude or have exposure to the construction or trade related industry will be held in high regard. 

This position would suit a professional and enthusiastic team player with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
