Our client is an award-winning broad-based distributor of IT components, systems, notebooks, peripherals and software solutions. The supply leading brands such as HP, Acer, Sophos, LG, and Eaton just to name a few. Our client has locations throughout Australia and now has a fantastic opportunity within their team in Newmarket.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an Internal Sales / Customer Support Specialist to join their company in Newmarket, QLD with strong prospects of career development into the future.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager some of your responsibilities include:


  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders 
  • Process orders and manage backorder reporting 
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report information 
  • Liaise with account managers to develop sales strategies 
  • Review all order requests to ensure excellent service 

About You

To be successful in this role you will have 6+ months sales or customer service experience, ideally within an IT related field and have hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems. 

This position would suit someone with:
