The Opportunity


Our client is seeking an Administration Assistant to join their company in beautiful Terrey Hills, NSW. 

Reporting to the Director some of your responsibilities will include:


  • Be the first port of call for the business - field telephone calls, collect messages, answer inquiries and distribute information
  • Assist in compilation of tender documents
  • Provide administrative support to Operations General Manager,
  • Liaise with accounts regarding schedules and billing – prepare reports
  • Communicate with field staff regarding jobs, timelines and work allocation

To be successful in this role you will have previous office administration experience and be able to work independently and as part of the team. Additionally, you must have experience with data entry and MS Office. Working knowledge of MYOB would be highly advantageous but not essential.

Furthermore, you must have current drivers licence. Ability to drive a manual car is a distinct advantage.

The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communications, have a high attention to detail and be able to multitask under pressure.
