Our client is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their company in Sydney CBD, NSW, with the potential to earn a generous salary, negotiable based on experience.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide help desk and technical support for clients.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director some of your responsibilities include:
To be successful in this role you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology and 1 - 2 years experience working in IT Help Desk Support. Additionally, experience with Microsoft products including Windows 7/8/10, Windows 2008/2012 R2 server, TCP/IP & Networking and Active Directory identity management and NTFS security. A Microsoft qualification would be advantageous. However, the business would support you in obtaining this qualification.
