Our client is seeking an Administration Assistant to join their company in South Melbourne, VIC.
The primary purpose of this position is to manage and monitor the internal compliance software, and liaise with contractors and hiring clients to provide education, training and general customer service to support their needs. Some of your responsibilities include:
To be successful in this role you will have 3+ years experience in a similar role involving data entry, application processing, customer service and administration. Additionally, multitasking and time management skills are essential for this position.
This role will highly suit someone who has attention to detail, understands the need for thorough and compliant documentation and can also look "outside the square" to problem solve and find suitable outcomes for customers.
