Our client is seeking an Executive / Head Chef to join their company in Queenstown, with the potential to earn a generous and negotiable salary based on experience.
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and to develop and motivate a competent team of kitchen staff.
Reporting directly to the Directors some of your responsibilities include:
To be successful in this role you will be a Sous Chef, Chef De Partie or a Head Chef with 5+ years experience, Additionally, you will have completed your Certificate in Hospitality (Cookery) Level 4 or equivalent.
