Our client is seeking a Family Lawyer Solicitor to join their boutique firm in Sydney CBD, NSW.
Benefit from a Research Clerk and a highly experienced Legal Secretary with 30 years experience.
The primary purpose of this position is to run a large and complex family law related litigation. Some of your responsibilities including contested property proceedings, divorce proceedings and arrangements for children.
To be successful in this role you will have 5+ years post-qualification experience in Family Law, and a working knowledge of the relevant court rules and practice notes as well as exposure to court attendance. An accredited specialist is preferred.
This position would suit a first class professional who has excellent problem-solving skills, an eye for detail and empathetic nature.
