Our client is seeking a Pre-Construction Administration Officer to join their company in Warriewood, NSW, with the potential to earn a starting salary of $40,000 pa + Super.
The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate approvals for Construction including assessing and processing Complying Development, Construction Certificates, working with clients and a diverse range of construction projects.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
To be successful in this role you will have a 2 years experience as a Customer Service or Permits Officer within the residential building industry, you will have an understanding of the building approvals process, DA, CDC, and CC.
