Our client is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their company in Western Sydney, NSW with the potential to earn in an excellent salary of $60,000 pa + Super commensurate with experience.
The primary purpose of this position is to manage all State based warehousing, logistics and customer service activity.
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager some of your responsibilities include:
To be successful in this role you must have experience in customer service (experience in warehousing, logistics, and freight forwarding would be ideal) as well as having excellent communication and computer skills.
Experience with an ERP system would be held in high regard, specifically Movex, as well as experience with Webshops and E-Commerce.
