Our client is seeking a Sous Chef to join their company in Newcastle, NSW, with the potential to earn $55,000 per annum | Negotiable Salary + Superannuation + Incentives & Bonuses.
The primary purpose of this position is to help direct and drive the kitchen operations to define and develop creative seasonal menus and deliver a high-quality service to this establishment.
Reporting directly to the Executive Chef & General Manager some of your responsibilities include:
To be successful in this position you will be a talented Sous Chef with previous experience working in a similar role. You will also be enthusiastic and motivated to be a part of a team and have a demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry.
The ideal candidate will have a real passion for customers & food as well having the will to win. Someone who can demonstrate a respect for people and themselves aligned with high presentation standards would be great a fit for this position.
