Our client is seeking a Customer Service / Office Manager to join their company in Kew East, VIC, with the potential to earn a Negotiable Salary Package $60,000 - $80,000 per annum | Generous base salary + Super + bonuses.
The primary purpose of this position is to manage the voluminous and intricate flow of work through our back end system in a timely and efficient manner, liaise with current and prospective clients and assist the Director as necessary.
Reporting to the Managing Director some of your responsibilities include:
To be successful you will have 2+ years experience in a similar all rounder role and ideally, have a relevant qualification. Additionally, any experience with accounting software such as MYOB would be beneficial for this position.
The ideal candidate for this role can work autonomously, would have a high level of communication skills, excellent multi-tasking, and organisational skills and be able to manage their time effectively in this fast paced, dynamic role.
