Our Client
With a Physiotherapy Clinic and Gym on location, our client is a company that specialises in combining Physiotherapy with Exercise Physiology to give a more comprehensive approach to injury management. Services include but are not limited to all musculoskeletal weight loss, post-surgery rehab, and physiotherapy. They have a state of the art, fully equipped gym including Pilates studio, Pilates room and more!
The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Receptionist to join their company in Mona Vale, NSW. This is a part-time role; Thursday and Friday. There will be an opportunity to work a half day Wednesday and Saturday.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide customer care as the receptionist of the of the clinic. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of the rooms and waiting area
- Assist with client bookings and process Medicare payments
- Manage data entry with exceptional attention to detail
About You
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced receptionist with exceptional administration and typing skills. Additionally, candidates who have experience working in medical administration with experience using medical CRM software and processing Medicare payments will be held in high regard.
This position would suit someone with demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to provide a high level of client care.
