They currently have a great opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join their team in Bentleigh, VIC with to potential to earn up to $66,000 pa | Negotiable salary between $50,000 - $60,000 pa + superannuation.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide quality administrative support to the financial planning division. Reporting to the Director your responsibilities include:
To be successful in this role you will have a 12+ months financial planning administration experience and some exposure to Xplan. Additionally, you must have strong computer skills including MS Word and touch typing skills.
Any experience with investment and superannuation platforms, insurance applications and advice and working with clients who have SMSF's and multiple entities would be desirable.
Someone who is energetic, friendly, has an eye for detail and a desire to complete work to a high standard would be ideal for this role.
