Their evidence-based wellness approach allows their clients to age-in-place by living independently in their own homes.
Our client is now looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their company based in Caringbah, NSW to effectively manage, administer and report on all customer referral, intake, enquiries and feedback activities for the company including stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
Reporting directly to the Service Development & Operations Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
To be successful in this role you will have experience in a similar position and have excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office. Additionally, to be considered for this position you will have excellent problem solving skills and a high level of interpersonal skills.
This position would suit someone with excellent communication and organisational skills as well as a high level of emotional intelligence.
