Our client is seeking a Conference and Banqueting Supervisor to join their company in Beecroft, NSW, with the potential to earn up to $60,000 per annum | negotiable salary + superannuation + great company benefits.
The primary purpose of this position is to lead, organise and deliver exceptional functions to all members and guests of the club.
Reporting directly to the Manager some of your responsibilities include:
To be successful in this role you will have 2 + years in similar position with a great passion for the hospitality industry. Additionally, you will have exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to overcome and resolve problems.
Furthermore, experience in private clubs or prestige venues, function software and rostering knowledge would be desirable but not essential.
