Our client is now looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join their company based in Sydney CBD, NSW, with the potential to earn a base salary + super + great career growth!
The primary purpose of this position is to answer inbound calls from new and existing customers in a friendly, courteous and efficient way, along with scheduling appointments with the appropriate technician for the job.
To be successful in this role you will have previous Customer Service experience. Additionally, any phone-based customer service experience would be beneficial for this position but not essential.
This position would suit someone who has a natural and friendly approach towards customers, has the ability to stay positive and motivated in a fast-paced environment, actively seeks feedback and is excited to be apart of a fun and friendly team.
