About The Opportunity

They are looking for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join their company in Double Bay, NSW, with the potential to earn up to $50,000 p.a.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide a high level of reception and administrative support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for clients, via the phone or face to face
  • General office administration including mail, stationary and ad hoc duties as required
  • Sending letters, entry notices, client correspondence, creating leases and assisting with end of month process

About You

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Previous experience in a Reception or Administration role
  • A current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration 
  • Excellent computer and communication skills

Our client is willing to review candidates without Real Estate experience but who would like to start a career in the industry.
