Our client has been established for over 30 years and manufactures and installs a vast range of car park, street and road safety solutions for private, commercial, government and industrial industries.  They are dedicated to supplying their customers with the finest industry tested product range and currently have offices in each major state. This role would see you working with businesses including schools, universities, airports, councils, shopping centres and construction companies. 

About the Opportunity


Our client is seeking an NSW Sales Manager to join their company from their Kings Park Office, NSW, with the potential to earn a Base Salary $90,000 pa + Superannuation + Exciting Commissions (OTE $26,450) + Company Vehicle.     

Reporting to the National Sales Manager some of your responsibilities include:


  • Manage your own sales territory and build relationships with new and existing clients 
  • Meet monthly targets and KPIs and manage your portfolio through to completion
  • Manage the NSW sales team 
  • Negotiating pricing as well as contract terms and conditions
  • Identifying and developing new organic customers and opportunities  

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • 5+ years experience as a Sales Manager in a related industry
  • Experience managing a territory and a sales team
  • Experience building excellent face to face relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication skills and strong computer skills 

Someone who is organised has a high level of attention to detail and is looking for a challenge would be ideal for this role.
