About The Opportunity

They are looking for an Administration Assistant to join their company in Deakin, ACT.

Reporting directly to The Office Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing client information from external companies
  • General product research for superannuation, investments and insurance policies
  • Completing certain administration functions associated with financial advice documents such as
    entering product information, printing and binding
  • Workflow management within CRM software
  • Preparing files and paperwork for annual client meetings

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ years experience working in an office environment is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency using MS office including word, excel and outlook

This position would suit an organised individual with excellent time management and phone manner.
