About The Company 


Our client started as one-man and is now an establish and industry-leading Electricity training organisation operating for close to 20 years. Specialising in providing training services to the Electrical Supply Industry. They provide training and development services throughout Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, and Tasmania and to a range of industries including the Construction and Building, Civil Works and Electrical Supply industry and their many contractors. 

About The Opportunity

They are looking for a Training Coordinator to join their company in Dandenong SouthVIC, with the potential to earn $100,000 pa | Negotiable Salary Based on Experience $80,000 - $100,000 + Super.

The primary purpose of this position is the coordination of all training operations conducted and administration. 

Reporting directly to the Director some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Being responsible for the quality assurance of AQF Qualifications and Statements of Attainment
  • Conducting internal audit /self-assessment for compliance with Standards for ASQA Registered Training Organisations and company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining control of and approve the design and use of advertising and marketing material
  • Assisting with budgeting requirements and monitoring company expenses
  • Monitoring sales and invoicing - provision of accurate information
  • Liaising and advising clients on training requirements for their staff and contractors
  • Managing phone and email enquires and booking in training times

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar trainer role
  • A trade background would be an advantage
  • Excellent phone manner as well as written and verbal communication
  • A practical and methodical approach to their work
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
