About The Company 

Our client is a successful family-owned business operating across 7 branches nationally, providing a range of inspirational home improvement products to the residential market. Using only the best quality products backed by exceptional installation and service our client has continued to grow and prosper. 

About The Opportunity

They are now looking for a Service and Installation Manager to join their company in Minchinbury, NSW, with the potential to earn $50,000 - $70,000 + Superannuation | Negotiable Based on Experience.

Reporting to the State Production Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling the installation of blinds and other home improvement products
  • Taking service and customer enquiry calls and allocating materials and or resources for rectification
  • Handle after sales customer calls in the production/installation department 

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role scheduling trades
  • Previous scheduling experience with excellent organisational skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills 
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • A current drivers licence and reliable vehicle 
  • Exceptional attention to detail
