Our Client


Our client is a privately owned and operated specialist air conditioning and ventilation company, operating since 2008. Their knowledgeable and highly experienced staff have a wealth of knowledge in tender contract works, design, and construction, with project management skills ranging from domestic air conditioning installation to multi-storey high rise buildings and commercial applications.

The Opportunity


Our client is seeking an Office / Service Administrator to join their company in Auckland, NZ.

In this role, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries
  • Schedule installation work, invoicing and queries for large residential home builder
  • Coordinate building maintenance work, invoicing and reporting for key government client
  • Help coordinate timely responses to building WOF and compliance-related requests
  • Provide administrative support to Service and Maintenance Manager and Contracts Manager from time to time
  • Enter service jobs and new leads requests into job management system
  • General administrative tasks and payroll back up as required 

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar administration role
  • A high level of computer literacy including utilising multiple systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good sense of humour and positive attitude 
  • A high level of organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • The ability to work as a part of a team and go the extra mile to get the job done
