Our client is searching for someone to join the accounting-based section of their full-service wealth management company. They offer various products and services for home loans, commercial loans, financial planning, insurance, superannuation, accounting, and tax and are committed to assisting their clients to create a stable financial future whilst offering competitive rates and excellent service.
About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an Accountant to join their company in Bendigo, VIC.
The primary purpose of this position is to use your experience and background to assist with running the day to day activities of the accounting area of the firm and to assist both current and future clients.
Reporting directly to the Director some of your responsibilities include:
- Preparing financial statements
- Assisting with the management of a large client base
- Taxation and business advisory duties
- Client financial and management accounting
- Client liaison and business development
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A minimum of 12 months of experience as a Business Services Accountant
- A Degree in Accounting will be held in high regard
- A CPA or currently completing
- Xero experience
