Our Client
Our client is a privately owned and operated specialist air conditioning and ventilation company, operating since 2008 in Auckland. They are rapidly growing and are in the market for highly experienced staff to join their team. They operate predominately in the design and build space for a range of very loyal and extensive customers. Projects range from high-end residential houses right through to high rise buildings. This role would suit an experienced Project Manager looking to step up into a more senior role with less time on the tools and a focus on managing multiple projects.
The Opportunity
In this role, some of your responsibilities include:
- Forward planning for staff and equipment
- Project focused parts ordering
- Logistic and resource planning
- Commissioning
- Be the first point of contact for problem resolution
- Staff management including mentoring and apprentice support
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 10+ years experience in a similar role
- A relevant trade qualification
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects
- Proven team leader and staff management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
