Their Head Chef/Owner has turned this iconic venue into a 1 Hat Restaurant with French influence.
Our client is seeking a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef to join their restaurant in Balmoral, NSW with the potential to earn up to $58,000pa (Salary $55-58k + Super + Meals).
The primary purpose of this position is run the fish section within one of the three dedicated kitchens.
Reporting directly to the Head Chef some of your responsibilities include:
To be successful in this role you will have experience as a CDP or Demi Chef within a fine dining establishment.
