About The Opportunity

As a Retail Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the store. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare the store daily, maintaining cleanliness and organisation
• Greet bridal parties and conduct appointments with enthusiasm and expertise
• Handle phone and email inquiries, follow up on bridal appointments, and manage bookings
• Process orders accurately, unpack deliveries, check-in stock, and prepare gowns for fittings
• Oversee the sales team including setting sales targets,  implementing incentives and assisting in closing sales
• Manage social media, analyse sales data, track stock, update the website
• Assist in buyings for new season bridal gowns and accessories buyings 

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role
• Excellent customer service skills with a proven sales record
• A passion for bridal fashion and helping brides find their perfect dress
• Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Energetic and motivated, with the ability to take ownership of daily tasks
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

You will also have:

• A flexible approach to work and a willingness to assist with various tasks in a small business environment
• A strategic mindset with the ability to think intuitively and creatively
• A keen interest in social media and current bridal trends
