Our Client

Our client commenced trading in 1970 and are a family run firm based in Kensington. They currently have a small team including a Receptionist, two Accountants, a part-time Bookkeeper and a Practice Manager and they are now looking for a Client Service Manager to join their team! 

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Client Services Manager to join their company in Kensington, NSW, with the potential to earn a Generous salary + superannuation, negotiable depending on experience.

The primary purpose of this position is to manage the front desk and act as the main point of contact for all incoming enquiries.

Reporting directly to the Practice Manager some of your responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients at the front desk
  • Attending to general enquiries including answering and directing phone calls 
  • Management of the appointment diary
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative duties including filing and photocopying
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office in general 
To be successful in this role you must have previous experience in a similar customer service, reception or front of house role.

This is a very busy, fast-paced role so it would suit someone who has excellent communication ability, strong attention to detail and a polite, friendly and patient manner.
