About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler or someone with prior glazing experience to manage the effective deployment of work throughout the Brisbane region daily. This critical role sits within the Brisbane team and liaises directly with customers and tradespeople. 

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and coordinating jobs to optimise efficiency for the tradespeople
• Assessing job requirements accurately to ensure proper resource allocation
• Liaising with customers to provide timely updates and enhance satisfaction
• Resolving logistical challenges and emergency requests in a professional manner

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Prior scheduling or glazing experience
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities

You will also have:

• Strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of accuracy
• A logical and holistic approach to problem-solving
• A proactive attitude towards meeting customer needs and resolving issues
