About The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting engineering specifications and generating working drawings
- Work with the sales team and engineers on the steel frame structure for practical solutions
- Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Contribute to the timely completion of projects
- Ensure a high quality of service is provided from start to finish
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a steel detailer or draftsperson
- A solid understanding of construction terminology and building practices
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse and interpret drawings accurately
- A current driver's license
You will also have:
- Strong computer skills with the ability to use industry systems/software
- The ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An enthusiastic personality with a willingness to learn
