About The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Production Manager some of your responsibilities will include:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of components and materials
• Ensure a high level of accuracy and that quality standards are met
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to construction sites or customers
• Collaborate with other departments, such as production to ensure smooth operations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in the factory operations

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a similar store person role 
• Familiarity using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking software 
• The ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices

You will also have:

• The ability to work collaboratively with coworkers and other departments 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A high level of analytical skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
