About The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Production Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
- Manage employees and subcontractors to create efficiencies and drive accountability
- Take responsibility for the execution of safety policies
- Assist with the implementation of Lean processes through continual improvement strategies
- Be the face of the company on-site to the customer and manage handovers
- Organise the on-site installation processes
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Foreman in the building industry
- Strong leadership skills
- Trade qualification (Carpentry desirable)
- Current drivers licence
- The ability to travel to various sites in QLD (mostly day trips with some overnights once per month)
You will also have:
- The ability to work collaboratively with coworkers and other departments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures
