About The Opportunity

In this office-based role, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality conveyancing services to clients while embodying their values of professionalism, integrity and teamwork. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Handling all aspects of conveyancing transactions including contracts, searches, and settlements
• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all conveyancing tasks while adhering to regulations
• Collaborating with team members to support business operations and assist with administrative tasks
• Representing the company professionally as the primary contact for clients over the phone and in person
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 12 months of experience in the conveyancing or legal sector
• Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment

You will also have:

• A willingness to pursue studies to become a licenced conveyancer if not already licenced
• Demonstrated longevity in previous roles or a commitment to long-term career development
