About The Opportunity
As an MSP Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will have the chance to:
- Lead or assist in designing, implementing, and supporting Infrastructure and Cloud solutions
- Proactively monitor and respond to alerts from infrastructure monitoring tools
- Handle and resolve support incidents through various channels
- Participate in after-hours support and patching activities
- Attend relevant training and networking events
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage projects from problem discovery through to completion
You will also have:
- Available to participate in on-call and after-hours support rosters
- Can work autonomously including extended periods from home
- Must have access to transport within the Sydney metropolitan region
