Specialising in providing training services to the Electrical Supply Industry. They provide training and development services throughout Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, and Tasmania and to a range of industries including the Construction and Building, Civil Works and Electrical Supply Industry and their many contractors.
About The Opportunity
They are looking for a Linesman, Cable Jointer or Electrical Fitter Trainer/Assessor to join their company in Dandenong South, VIC, with the potential to earn $120,000 per annum | Negotiable Salary Based on Experience $110,000 - $120,000 + 12% Super + Car Allowance + Phone Allowance + Overtime.
The primary purpose of this position is to conduct training and competency assessments.
Reporting to the Director, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise the enrolment of training courses
- Deliver expert training on client depot/office or on-site
- Conduct Workplace Procedure Audits
- Curriculum development to improve training
- Maintain accurate attendance logs at training
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 10 + years of experience in the industry
- Qualifications as an Electrical Linesman, Cable Jointer or Electrical Fitter
- Certificate IV Trainer/Assessor qualification (or willingness to complete)
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Capability to speak in front of groups when delivering training sessions
