About The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director some of your responsibilities will include:
- Proactive management of production operations to drive maximum efficiency and resource utilisation
- Schedule multiple projects competently, including resource allocation
- Lead the pre-production process to enable robust procedures
- Proactive engagement with sales to communicate production capabilities and gaps
- Implementation and improvement of business processes and systems
- Execute strategy and lead operations in a way that will allow the MD to focus on growing the business sustainably
- Implementation and management of effective and well-communicated safety protocols
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a production/manufacturing environment
- Ability to schedule multiple projects competently, including resource allocation
- Understanding of lean manufacturing
- Knowledge of the building/construction industry (desirable)
- Relevant qualifications such as Project Management courses etc (desirable)
You will also have:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Previous leadership experience
- Excellent computer skills
