About The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive management of production operations to drive maximum efficiency and resource utilisation
  • Schedule multiple projects competently, including resource allocation
  • Lead the pre-production process to enable robust procedures
  • Proactive engagement with sales to communicate production capabilities and gaps
  • Implementation and improvement of business processes and systems
  • Execute strategy and lead operations in a way that will allow the MD to focus on growing the business sustainably
  • Implementation and management of effective and well-communicated safety protocols

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a production/manufacturing environment 
  • Ability to schedule multiple projects competently, including resource allocation
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing 
  • Knowledge of the building/construction industry (desirable)
  • Relevant qualifications such as Project Management courses etc (desirable)

You will also have:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Excellent computer skills
