About The Opportunity 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Assess and Measure Complex Jobs: Design appropriate solutions and develop detailed scopes of work
• Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients to ensure smooth project delivery
• Safety Protocols: Ensure all job-specific safety protocols are rigorously followed
• Supervision and Assistance: Oversee installations and provide hands-on assistance when needed
• Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of quality in all projects
• Compliance Management: Ensure all glaziers adhere to company and industry compliance standards
• Coaching and Training: Provide coaching and training to improve team skills and performance

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

• In-depth knowledge of glazing and commercial aluminium
• Strong project management and supervisory skills
