About the Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to provide a range of support to three salespeople, including the sales manager. 

Reporting to the Sales Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Support the sales team by managing customer accounts, preparing sales reports, and responding to customer enquiries
• Provide customer service support to the sales team including scheduling appointments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the customer database
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of sales materials and presentations
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and a high level of service

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar sales/support role 
• Excellent IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Experience in the building/construction industry (desirable)

You will also have:

• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
