Our client is one of the leading and largest waterproofing contractors in the Victorian building and construction industry and provides quality waterproofing services to the commercial building sector. In addition to waterproofing services, they also provide a specialist range of facility maintenance and remediation services to asset owners in the government, commercial and industrial sectors. 

About The Opportunity

The business is expanding rapidly and it is has secured numerous major projects across the civil construction and commercial building sectors. They are now seeking to employ experienced waterproofers with specialised skills to add to its already extensive workforce. Leadership positions at both leading hand and supervisor levels are also available for candidates with the required skill sets and experience.

Applicants will ideally have had extensive hands-on experience in specialised waterproofing applications including:

• Torch on membranes
• Sheet membrane systems including welded PVC
• Concrete injection and repair systems
• Bentonite / Subterranean systems

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years’ experience working for reputable companies
• Proven experience in having worked regularly on large commercial and / or civil construction projects
• Current White Card
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable motor vehicle
• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
• A sound understanding of relevant OH&S systems and processes
