About The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Auto Electrician to join our enthusiastic team.
As an Auto Electrician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the equipment meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.
Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Wiring equipment control circuits, including PLC’s and proximity switches,
- Installation and commissioning of radio remote systems,
- Installation and Testing of a wide range of 12v-24v accessories,
- Post paint fit-outs of truck mounted equipment,
- Installation and commissioning of vehicle accessory systems,
- Fault finding in various vehicles and equipment electrical harnesses,
- Fitting and wiring up lights as well as trouble shoot and repairing electrical harnesses
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant trade qualifications in auto electrical work
- HR Truck License and Forklift License (advantageous)
- A team-oriented mindset while also being capable of working independently
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
